Rainwater Harvesting Workshop & Permaculture Blitz

Come be a part of CFCA’s biggest permaculture event this year! Join Brent Smith from Paperstreet Permaculture and Medicine Hat College at CFCA’s food forest in the Sheldon Miller Community garden behind Community Health Services, 2948 Dunmore Road SE, in:

1) creating a rainwater harvesting system
2) creating a swale with pvc pipes and weeping tile to distribute collected rainwater
3) planting around your water tank to increase its beauty and function
4) creating plant guilds including a “tea guild”, an “herb guild”, “native species containers” and more!

July 15 from 10am to 4pm!
