Have you wanted to learn how to waterbath can but don't know where to start? Join us for this canning workshop where we will be canning pickles and salsa to learn the waterbath canning method. Once you've learnt how to can one recipe, the skills are transferable to all jams, jellies, syrups, relish, etc.
10am-1pm, Saturday, September 15th.
You will be able to take home a small jar of each item. Please bring an apron if you have one.
Cost is $10/person payable by cash or cheque. There is a limit of 12 people for this workshop. Please register at Community Health Services - 2948 Dunmore Road SE. Their hours are:

Please use the North Gym Entrance #1 to access the kitchen for the workshop.
