Join us on Saturday, September 28 from 9am - 1pm in the Notre Dame Academy Kitchen located at 646 Spruce Way SE, to learn how to pressure can pumpkin and roast pumpkin seeds.  There is a limit of 14 participants for this workshop and there must be 7 registered participants in order to run it.  The cost is $10/person. All necessary supplies for this class will be provided, just bring an apron! Each person will go home with 1 Quart size jar of Pressure Canned Pumpkin, and some Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.

Please note that we can only refund your registration fee if you cancel a minimum of 2 business days prior to the class. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to invite a friend to attend in your place.
