CFCA Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for Community Food Connections Association will be taking place on Thursday, May 29th from 9:30-11:30am at Miywasin Centre, 517 3 St SE. This meeting is open for the public to attend and we welcome your participation.

We will be providing updates on:
The Good Food Club
Community Gardens
Community Kitchens
The Food Charter
The Hat Food Movement
The Hunger Count
Upcoming events

Community Food Connections will also be holding our annual elections, so if you are interested in Food Security Issues, passionate about the Food Movement and would be able to commit to Board meetings, (currently every other month, the third Thursday from 9:30am – 11:30) please contact Liz Sauer: esauer@telusplanet.net

We are currently looking for a Treasurer, this position will require the person to be a signing authority for accounts, be able to enter data in excel spread sheets, attend Board meetings to present financial reports, extra time commitment would include an extra hour monthly at the most. Currently we have two cheques that require signing on a monthly basis.
